Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of item receipt. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@verdantnutrition.us. If your return request is approved, we may provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding the return process. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please be aware that you may qualify for a return-less refund.

Damages and Issues:

Please carefully examine your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the incorrect item, kindly notify us immediately. This allows us to assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify any issues.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

In addition to the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day period, regardless of reason and without providing justification. Similar to the above policy, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund and reflect it in your account.
